About

Engineering with a security mindset

I am a fourth-year Computer Engineering student at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University, expected to graduate in June 2027. My focus is cybersecurity and full-stack development, with a strong base in data structures, algorithms and backend architecture.

During my internship at Intellium I built an end-to-end encrypted messaging infrastructure with X3DH, Double Ratchet and OPAQUE, and shipped features with ASP.NET Core, React and PostgreSQL.

I enjoy turning theory into working systems, from role-based student information systems to IoT security devices, and I treat security as part of the design, not an afterthought.

  1. Software Engineering Intern (Full-Stack / Cybersecurity)

    Enterprise video meeting and messaging platform.

    • Built an end-to-end encrypted messaging layer with X3DH, Double Ratchet, Sender Keys for groups and OPAQUE (RFC 9807) authentication, where the password never reaches the server.
    • Wrote the cryptographic core without external dependencies, ran it in the browser with WebAssembly and validated it with RFC test vectors (126 automated tests).
    • Contributed to security assessments of authorization, IDOR, XSS, error handling and rate limiting.
    • Developed REST services and a many-to-many data migration with ASP.NET Core 8, EF Core, PostgreSQL and React/TypeScript; repaired SignalR/WebRTC signaling.

LockSense

IoT auto-lock: an ESP32 beacon the user carries publishes a presence signal over MQTT, and the computer locks itself when the signal disappears.

  • A Python service locks the Windows session after 7 seconds without a signal.
